  • Managing Others. Set clear and meaningful expectations, manage group dynamics and individual needs.

Our initial meeting will be a deep dive in-person intake session conducted over two days. We will meet 2 times a month afterwards to develop a plan, review your work and discuss insights and progress.  You will want to allocate 3 hours of work a week on personal assignments.

We created our Executive Leadership Team Coaching program for 3 reasons:

  • First, to ensure members agree upon the goals and aspirations for their company.

  • Second, to ensure leaders are proactive and thoughtful in running all aspects of the business. 

  • Third, to create healthy group dynamics amongst themselves, and their employees, so people can do their best work.  

Every leader has different ideas around where the organization should be focused, how it is run, the amount of risk it takes, and what it gives back to employees. Add to that personality differences, power dynamics, communication styles, and personal goals and ambitions - and you understand there is a lot to work through as a team to move forward in a healthy and proactive way.

Jane works with you as a team - and supports you individually - to leverage individual strengths to create a focused and dynamic plan that everyone can get behind and execute upon successfully.
