Jane brings both sides of the room together — leaders and teams — creating the shared understanding that unlocks what's already there. Her approach is practical, immediate, and felt from the moment everyone is in the room together.
Jane splits her time between Kansas City and her mountain home in Utah, where she is completing her third book — The Whole Room: Get Everyone In. Get Everything Out.
