JANE IS A THINKER. 

Jane thinks firms can be better designed. All too often business practices are disorganized and overcomplicated causing teams unnecessary stress and fatigue. Jane thinks businesses can be designed to bring out the best in teams so at the end of day people leave work energized and not drained. Judicious and thoughtful editing is key.

In her book, WORK IS ART, Jane outlines a simple and focused approach to designing a well run firm using five basic design principles. She incorporates these principles into strategic planning, succession planning, leadership and team development.
