As the founder of Jane Walton Consulting, LLC, Jane brings over 25 years of team leadership, human resources management and consulting experience to her clients. She started her career as a team leader and quickly rose through the ranks into HR Business Partner roles. She has lead organization development efforts for Architecture and Engineering groups across the country.
